Can’t login to my brinker nation

I had my password saved on my phone so I know I made no mistakes. One day It just started to tell me wrong password. I go to change my password and the page keeps going to the same link to put my info in after I already submitted my info.

Bad Experience at my Local Chili's

I'm sending this e-mail in reference to the extremely horrible service I received at my local Chili's located at 13901 New Halls ferry St Louis Mo. First of all this is not the first time that I have a problem with this restaurant, I have two or three orders the were incorrect when I received them. The manager on duty was able to correct the problems. But last night was just a horrible experience for the start to the finish. I entered the restaurant and the young lady taking orders was in the middle of a problem with another customer concerning his order was incorrect. Once she and the manager correct that problem she took my order, I explained to her this was going to be two orders, I explained everything to her she repeated it back to me and I paid for my order. During the time she was taking my order she was answering the phone taking order's over the phone. Giving orders to people who were waiting various other things. After approximately 20 minutes my order was ready. When she delivered it to me I explained that the order was incorrect. She said she misunderstood what I was ordering which was not a problem. But during her starting to correct my order she took a phone order and various other things while I was standing there never getting back to me it was over 15 minutes before she said now she was ready to correct my previous. So the entire visit was over 55 minutes and I did not ever get my order corrected. So I took the order she had given me and left which was cold by now. I'm thoroughly disappointed in the whole experience. The young lady was over whelmed and she was trying to do to many things and not succeeding at any of them. I contacted the manager on duty and she informed me that they were extremely busy and they were getting phone in order constantly, which I agreed with her but one person can't answer the phone take orders and get to go orders out to customers waiting. I will never visit your restaurant again and I will make sure I tell everyone about the horrible visit and service I received not once, not twice but three times.

Discrimation at bar aear

We are 3 professional wonen, who are regulars, having after work drinks discussing a grandchild graduation when we were told that someone outside of the bar area requested we were needed to be quieter. We were told it wasnt anyone at actual bar. We were not using foul language or being anybody louder than anyone else at bar . We feel we were singled out due to color . I feel the manager should had intervened. I was then not allowed to pay my bill on kiosk where I could report a problem with my visit after I expressed I would . That's what really showed me what really they cared about us and our loyalty to this location I will vmnever recommend this location to anyone and will resort to social media to express to xzmxpress nmb

This is about a wrongfully terminated employee. Your HR office took the word of a set of parents or friends from a hostess without investigating the claims they made about racism from the employee.

This is a complaint about an employee getting fired for an alleged statement he made about not 'taking' black tables. A total bogus allegation made by another employee. He was fired without any consultation by management or corporate. This man has been with Chili's for over 14 years and has been a full-time bartender for most of that time. The Chili's he worked at is in Watauga, Texas on HWY 377, All I can say is that if I worked for this company, I would be having second thoughts about it. Today's world is costing hardworking, honest, non-racists people their jobs over a snow-flakes complaint about someone they dislike. Total ***

Someone from your company came into the UPS store in Marble Falls on 3/21/2024 to return items that he said were being switched out from a local Chili's restaurant, located at 702 1st St. Marble Falls Texas 78654. He had 15 prepaid packages/boxes to return. We were able to scan and ship 13. The other 2 boxes had hazardous labels on them and as we are a franchise, we are not licensed to ship anything hazardous. Tried to explain to this person why we could not ship those boxes and he was very belligerent and argumentative. Proceeded to state he always ships from our store and after we refused to ship the last 2 boxes, he stated he wasn't even from the area (he needs to get his story straight). Explained he would need to contact UPS.com for pickup instructions. We will not ship items that are prohibited as we could receive a tremendous fine among other things. All in all he is a detriment not an asset to your company. For the record, was unable to get his name but his license plate number is MYS4733. My employees should not have to put up with this type of behavior and he is not welcome in our store again. Thank you

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I did get my replacement cards in a very timely manner once I was able to connect with someone through an email. Their automated system is awful!.

Direct deposit

I talked to one of Brinkers agents. She told me that I didnt, check a box, when I set up direct deposit. She told me about the situation and said she would call me the next morning, three days ago, to rectify this before the next pay period. Ive heard nothing. I just want direct deposit, like I had before the Brinker computer fired me. Very frustrating. This is a big company, I understand, but this has taken many weeks. Be Happy Terry Profitt #230****

To describe how my employer broke NY labor laws by “letting me go” without officially firing me.

Nothing was ever addressed/changed despite the fact that I said my employer violated NY labor laws. I aired my grievances and described the laws that were broken in relation to my termination, and yet never received any assistance from this company. All I did was describe how my employer broke NY labor laws, and was then later sent an email asking me if I was satisfied with my services from this company. I was not, considering nothing had changed; and by nothing had changed I quite literally mean I described my grievances and was immediately sent an email asking if I was satisfied with this website's services. What services? I was provided with none and have had better experiences with the BBB. I'd recommend going through them first instead.

Preferred solution: To be honest this is identity theft from a major company i dont beleive it legal to open a bank account in someone else name without their consent. Seems pretty shady like i need a lawyer.
