Chili's used to be a favorite. The company has degraded their menu over the last decade to the point that it's no longer the same restaurant.

The food quality is poor. $15 for lettuce, a slab of pico de gallo, and what seems like frozen chicken strips is a complete joke. My spouse's chicken tenders were disgusting, just like fast food frozen chicken. The Tex Mex is almost entirely removed from their menu.

The only consistent item is the chips/salsa/queso dip. Abysmal.

I received my last paycheck, but I couldn't cash it because I was in jail. When I got out, I tried to cash it, but they said the check was too old from the time I received it to the time I tried to cash it.

They told me that I needed to get a hold of you guys and get a new check sent to me.

My last paycheck was never cashed. I need my last paycheck sent to me or direct deposited.

My daughters, myself and my 17 year old daghters boyfriend went to your Trussville, Al location on Saturday afternoon. We had a horrible experience.

Worst ive ever had. First of all there was two ladies around my age the mother. Unsure if it was a racial thing, but my daughters boyfriend is biracial. They kept staring and making comments.

To the point of screaming at us across the reasturant. The manager appologized and i asked to be moved. Then the women came around to leave and stood at wakked by continuing to say racial comments. The manager tokd them they were going to call the police.

All was well, we teied to compose ourselves to eat. But then waited almost an hour for our food. That was cold, and some food even forgotten that we had to remind the waitress. The manager even came around at some point and said you still dont have your food??

The waitress never refilled our drinks once.

Im not the type to complain...i figured with what we gad experienced thr manager wouod have came by and said im giving you guys some type of discount. Nothing was done.

A coworker MADISON TARMASIEWICZ, who used to work in the kitchen and is now a food runner now touches me without my consent, talks about my life outside of work, makes racist comments about immigrants, comes into the kitchen just to bother me and prepare food, when I'm done cleaning she comes, makes everything dirty and leaves.

When he is not on work schedule, he comes back to the restaurant because his sister also works at Chilis and he starts making uncomfortable comments to me, calling me mommy, he makes obscene comments to me, I suffer from anxiety and this problem is killing me

Approximately nine months ago, I got into a situation with a couple managers at Chilis bar and Grill in Kingsville Texas. I spoke to corporate offer office.

I believe his name is Steven or Richard. Im not too sure of the name. Its been a while, but he had told me that I wasnt banned from Kingsville location. He only told me to take a break I took at the time.

I took a three month break and finally went back to Chilis and a manager told me that I was banned from Chilis again for the same reason now nine months later I think I am eligible to go back to Chilis first of all I didnt do nothing wrong. I simply made a complaint on the Computer System.

Make sure the tortilla chips are not burned, and the chips looks like they were the crumbs from I don't know where are they cooked fresh if so these weren't. This was the first time that my soup and the chips were awful. I won't be eating there for a long time now.

The server at Chili's in Camden, SC, called my girlfriend a racial slur. We had lunch around 3:40 pm on the 6th of December, 2024.

I'm white and she is black. Is this your culture? I have lived here for 3 years. This was the first and the last time.

I'll work for Chili's since November 25th from 4:00 p.m. to closing today is December 6th I received a check and I never got it in my account I had the wrong routing number I notify my manager and nobody has contact me.

My family-friends and people on different food allergy groups are very disappointed in your company adding peanut butter pie.
